Responsibilities: 1, Organize, develop and effectively manage a sales channel network, establish a good working relationship with dealers, physician leaders and end user customers; 2, demonstrate the ability to identify and understand different clinical applications for the company’s products, and provide timely feedback to the company's marketing and R & D departments; 3, perform customer and market analysis, to identify user needs, to achieve sales targets through the development of new customers, new markets and distributor’s focus to achieve them; Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing or medicine, chemicals, polymer materials; 2, three years of experience in medical equipment and single use device sales, familiarity in respiratory, anesthesia or Advanced Wound Care application markets; 3, trustworthy and highly motivated to achieve realistic goals, good communication, negotiation planning and selling skills, and a the motivation to work within a team framework to help assure the organization’s success; |
